From the Owner...

Hello beautiful Soul!

I am delighted that you’re here!

As a child I sensed there was so much more than what met my 5 physical senses in 3D… so much more depth, breadth, expression, magnitude, and capacity of every human being. Too often I was lost in my own world deeply connected to the unseen, but ‘tugged’ back to the here and now on the physical plane. I never had the vocabulary nor the outlets to discuss what I was perceiving, nonetheless what truly fascinated me: energetics, frequencies, the language of the Soul, and my endless questions to the Universe that began with “why” or “why not”.

Alternative medicine and holistic modalities first called to me in 2011 and truly changed my trajectory in 2014 during a healing crisis sparked by a debilitating injury. I was awakened to the possibilities (the reality) of healing with holistic modalities. I dove in headfirst having no idea how much alternative medicine and vibrational sound healing would become such a focal point in my daily life - eventually leading me to open a practice out of my home.

My exploration led me to travel extensively learning about energy frequencies, Reiki, the art of smudging, cleansing, auras, meditation, sound healing, and the importance of solitude to truly get to know one’s own essence. I internally committed to being a forever student of energy work, life, and Spirit. Nearly 15 years in consultative healthcare sales and 2 sabbatical years later, I returned to exactly the place I started: Home.

Empowered Aura is a longtime vision of mine – a calling - brought to life. Over the years, I have worked with many groups for sound baths and workshops, as well as individuals 1v1 for Reiki, frequency attunements, and intuitive sessions. My healing work blends multiple holistic modalities and embodies much of what I’ve learned, deeply care about, and will continue to both explore and exemplify in the best ways possible.

I sincerely believe that the frequency you radiate becomes the field in which you operate. Therefore, it is my hope that every soul who steps into my field finds respite and receives the energetic upgrade they need, at the time they need it.

I humbly remain a Light, an Observer, and a facilitator creating beautiful wellness experiences for others to rejuvenate, recalibrate, raise their vibration, and release expired energies that no longer serve them.

2025 is a new chapter whereby I extend Empowered Aura’s services from the heart of Portsmouth, NH (Seacoast) to Nashville, TN (Music City). After all, there is a purpose and a significance to every place and every connection - nothing is by chance.

If you are reading this, I look forward to working with you, and I wish you nothing but the best on your Journey... because the Journey never truly never ends...

With light and sound energy,

Whitney
